Making Some Delicious Chocolate Black and White Brownies

Before you begin the process of baking your brownies, you need some of the following materials. You need butter, a baking sheet, flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, chocolate chips, eggs, coffee granules, stevia, white chocolate chips, and a toothpick. It seems like a lot but this is all necessary in order to help you mix and take out your product so that it gets warm and gooey in the right manner. You can find all of these at your local store. The stevia is a sugar substitute that comes from the plant rather than other ones that may be strictly chemical-based. There are some health benefits to this, but for this purpose – it’s actually a sweeter substitute with no calories.

The first thing to do is to preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Use on tablespoon of unsalted butter for your baking sheet. Dust with one ¼ cup flour and you can tap it to remove the excess flour. After this, you can add 4 sticks of butter, 4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, a pound of chocolate chips and melt it over a double boiler. Once the mix has melted, let it cool down. In a large bowl, stir 6 extra large eggs together, 3 tablespoons of instant coffee granules, 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract, and ¾ cups of stevia. The chocolate should still be a bit warm so you can mix it together with the egg mixture and wait 10 minutes for it to cool down to a room temperature. As everything is cool, you can proceed to

combine 1 cup of flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon baking powder with a teaspoon of salt in a medium bowl. Your chocolate mix should be cooled down by now so you just add this to it and stir as needed.

Prepare To Put Everything in the Oven


Now here’s the crucial part where you can actually get everything ready to make the brownies in the oven. Pour your completed mix on the baking sheet and sprinkle with a half cup of white chocolate chips and a half cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Bake these for 15-25 minutes and check with a toothpick to see when it’s done. This way you won’t over bake your brownies and they will come out moist and chewy. Take it out the oven to cool for a bit before cutting them into squares.
